World Storytelling Day is a global celebration of the art of oral storytelling. It is celebrated every year on the 1st day of Spring. On this day, as many people as possible tell and listen to stories in as many languages and at as many places as possible, everywhere around the world. This years’ theme is ‘Fortune & Fate’.
As part of World Storytelling Day 2013 (March 20st) a special evening will be hosted at The International Club The Hague. It will be a relaxing evening to which everybody is invited to come and tell or listen to (short) stories in the tradition of The International School of Storytelling (UK). We like to inspire those present to tell their own stories, together with the ones told by the professional storytellers.
